Test apparatus of GaAs spin polarized electron source at Nagoya University
Description
Here, we report briefly the development of our GaAs spin polarized electron source (PES) system. The electron spin polarization (ESP) of 31.2 ± 0.8 % was obtained at room temperature after eliminating the contamination of secondary electrons which were intermixed to the primary beam at the 100 KV accelerator of Mott spin analyzer.
