Lymphography of the thorax

Description

According to a sufficient exploitation of accessible contemporary medicine diagnostic appliances (thoracoscopy, ultrasound, computerized tomography...) lymphography of mediastinal lymph-nodes takes no advantage in clinical practice similarly as indirect methods e.g. mediastinal phlebography. The present value of the mediastinal lymphography is just to determine the reasons of chylothorax. (authors). 17 refs
