C-MR imaging. Safety and tolerability in paediatric CNS tumours

Paediatric CNS tumors often present a challenge in the radiological interpretation of conventional MR imaging, say the authors. The aim of the present pilot study was to investigate the safety and tolerability of C magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (hyperpolarised carbon-13 (HP-C) metabolised imaging) in paediatric patients with brain tumours.
