Description
The dielectric properties of the solid solution crystals of the Bisub(2)sub(1-x)Tesub(x)Osub(3-x) (x=0.5-0.61) composition are investigated. It is shown that the solid solution crystals in the Bi2O3-TeO2 system in the TeO2 50-61 mol. % compositions range have a noncentrosymmetrical crystal lattice, and as it follows from comparing this fact with the chosen for them space group, - polar. The weak anomaly on the temperature dependence of permittivity accompanying phase transition into centrosymmetrical state permits to attribute above solid solutions to ferroelectrics the spontaneous polarization of which is not a transition parameter (nonproper ferroelectrics)
