Description
Effect of structure on NbSi2 layer resistance to fracture is investigated by means of quality and quantity criteria. It is shown experimentally, that layer brittle strength depends on value of residual stresses of grain structure tension and morphology: fracture toughness decreases with increase of stress level, with enlarging of columnar grains at simultaneous increase of their axes linear dimension ratio
