Description
As the JAERI/KEK joint project, the J-PARC (Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex) has been constructed in the Tokai Research Establishment of JAERI. The linac injector system accelerates negative hydrogen up to 400 MeV for a 3 GeV-Synchrotron. The vacuum system design of the high-energy beam transport line (L3BT and A0BT) is presented. (author)
