Quark masses and possible threshold effects in the Drell-Yan annihilation

Description
It is assumed that the Drell-Yan model for single and dilepton production can be used also for dilepton masses below 1 GeV/c2. In this case cross sections for single and dilepton production should contain threshold effects directly connected with masses of quarks. (author)
