Experience in radiography of high pressure piping welds
Description
Pipeline welds in chemical plants are subjected to critical service requirements. Radiography is used as an inspection tool as well as a quality control tool for checking the soundness of the welding joints. Site conditions, geometry of the job, inaccessibility from inside of the pipe etc demands for careful consideration of radiographic parameters. (author)
