Excitation transfer between atomic hydrogen isotopes
Description
Collisional excitation transfer between hydrogen isotopes through dipole-dipole interactions is investigated in a full quantal treatment. Results are presented for the total cross section for excitation transfer at thermal energies. Comparison with semiclassical calculations are given. (author)
