Tem-study of the irradiated alpha-iron by charged particles
Description
With help of transmission electron microscopy the study of iron-alpha defect structure at irradiation by protons and alpha particles is carried out. It is revealed, that formation a small radiation aggregation defects plays a key role in formation of final defect structure
