Vibrational structure of D1-spectra in cubic SiC
- 1. Kievskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (Ukrainian SSR)
Description
The so-called D1-centers, characterized by quasilinear spectra of low temperature luminescence, are formed in SiC crystals during annealing after their irradiation by high energy particles. Luminescence spectra and spectra of D1-center photoexcitation in silicn carbide crystal of two polytypes: 3C-SiC and 6H-SiC, irradiated by neutrons are presented
