Synthesis and high temperature X-ray diffraction studies on the perovskite SrLaMnRuO6

Description
The compound SrLaMnRuO6 has been prepared and the crystallographic phase transition from orthorhombic phase with the space group Pnma (GdFeO3-type) to rhombohedral phase with R anti 3c was found near 500 K by high temperature X-ray diffractometry and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of SrLaMnRuO6 has been refined by the Rietveld method with X-ray powder diffraction data between room temperature and 773 K. (orig.)
