Spatial structure of biologically important molecules in the model of radiation injury during momentary irradiation

Calculation apparatus for realization of a model on the base of which a quantitative estimation of radiation yield in arbitrary radiation field could be possible is constructed. The suggested approach permits to simulate ionizing radiation effect on the cell taking into account biomolecule spatial structure. 4 refs.; 1 fig
