Comparison of WDXRF and EDXRF spectrometry

Description

The basic structure and principle of wavelength disperse x-ray fluorescence spectrometry and energy disperse x-ray fluorescence spectrometry has been introduced. Some attributes has been compared and reviewed, such as structure, the principle of blazing, the principle of prismatic and detecting, the main index of capability of the WDXRF and EDXRF. (authors)
