Investigation of temperature changes of dispersive dependences for magnetostatic waves in ferrite films

Description
It have been investigated temperature changes of dispersive dependences for magnetostatic waves in ferrite films with cubic anisotropy. Analytical expressions for temperature coefficients of frequencies are received. Conditions of thermal stability of frequencies in films with various crystallographic orientations are analysed.(authors)
