Study of the process technology of the sheet refractory metal composite production using impulse welding

Description
The problems on optimizing technological processes of high-quality sheet refractory metal composite production through the impulse welding method with application of various matrices (KhN60VT, 12Kh18N10T, Nb, Nb-Ti) and high-temperature fibres (tungsten fibers VR-273VP) are studied. The high-temperature mechanical properties of the obtained materials and test results of thin-wall metal composite shells with the assigned surface form are presented

Рассмотрены вопросы оптимизации технологических режимов изготовления высококачественных листовых жаропрочных металлокомпозитов методом импульсной шовной сварки с использованием различных матриц (ХН60ВТ, 12Х18Н10Т, Nb, Nb-Ti) и тугоплавких волокон (вольфрамовые волокна ВР-273ВП).
