Low-frequency (ν-tilde = 800-1200 cm-1) vibrations in γ-irradiated LiF and NaF crystals with hydroxyl impurity
Description
The low-frequency vibrations (ν-tilde=1140 cm-1) are discovered in γ-irradiated LiF-OH crystals. The dependence of the bands intensity with ν-tilde=1140 cm-1 in γ-irradiated LiF-OH crystals and with ν-tilde=1170 cm-1 in γ-irradiated NaF-OH crystals from the dose of irradiation and annealing temperature after irradiation allows one to make a supposition on the belonging these absorption bands to deformation vibrations of complexes with the H-bonding FH...O
