Neutron reflectometry design for hydrogen storage capacity of Ti film

Description
Reflectivities of 3μm-thick Ti film with different hydrogen storage capacity (TiDc, c=0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0) and with or without surface oxide were calculated, the results show that neutron reflectometry is an effective method to gain the hydrogen capacity and surface oxidation thickness of Ti film. According to the film thickness to measure, some required specifications of neutron reflectometer were declared too. (authors)
