Vacuum technological complex 'sprut' for formation of high-quality strain-hardening surface structures of products by plasma magnetron-arc methods

Description

New method of formation of high-quality strain-hardening structures on surfaces of metallic products by way of combined impact of plasma fluxes, formed by electric discharges of different nature in single vacuum reaction volume is represented. Described are parameters and characteristics of high-production vacuum installation with the working technological volume of 0.7 m3, plasma magnetron-arc complex of combined technologies of formation of gradient-composite surface layers of products. The complex consists of 8 plasma sources based on magnetron, vacuum and non-self-maintained gaseous arc discharges. It is shown, that the represented complex allows to create controlled structure-phase conditions of material of product base and deposited coatings. (authors)
