Description
There was designed a cascade-probabilistic model of radiation defect generation in metals irradiated with reactor neutrons in (n,p) and (n,α) - reactions. The idea of the physical model is in the following: all the process of radiation defect generation is divided into 4 stages for a given case. (author)
