Charge variation in fluctuational Hall conductivity in YBa2Cu3O7-δ
Description
Hall and longitudinal resistances (pxy and pxx) of YBa2Cu3O7-δ epytaxial films are investigated at 80 < T < 185 K. It is shown that fluctuational addition to Hall conductivity σxy=pxy/(pxy2+pxx2) changes the sign at T > Tc. According to the recent theoretical publications, it can mean the change of sign of imaginary part of order parameter relaxation time
