Description
We will discuss a method of finding essential conservation laws for equations possessing an infinite symmetry group whose generators contain arbitrary functions of time. We will show how to generate a finite number of conserved quantities corresponding to infinite symmetries for the equation of non-stationary transonic gas flows in two dimensions, and discuss a critical role of boundary conditions.
