Waste heat project for the Upper Rhine region

This third semiannual report gives a picture of the progress made in the work of sub-projects. Interim results are given for the fields treated by sub-projects 1 to 4. Among others, this report for the first time presents the final official survey on thermal pollution in the upper Rhine region for the year of reference 1973. Analyses and evaluations of waste heat effects in the upper Rhine region have not been carried out yet at the present state of the project. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Der hier vorgelegte 3. Halbjahresbericht gibt einen Ueberblick ueber die laufenden Fortschritte bei den Arbeiten der Teilprojekte. In Abhaengigkeit von den bearbeiteten Themen der Teilprojekte 1 bis 4 werden Zwischenergebnisse mitgeteilt. So wird in diesem Bericht u.a. das endgueltige Abwaermekataster Oberrheingebiet fuer das Referenzjahr 1973 erstmals dargestellt. Analysen und Bewertungen von Abwaerme-Auswirkungen im Oberrheingebiet sind beim gegenwaertigen Stand des Projekts noch nicht durchgefuehrt worden. (orig.)
