This is the continuation of a report given in VW 1981, p. 552. The author deals with the following subjects: Several orginators of tort, warranty given by federal and state governments, international regulations, insurance coverage of nuclear damages, insurance conditions of the nuclear reactor insurance and reinsurance community, scope of coverage, limits of coverage, duty of insurer, jointly-insured persons and exclusion of coverage. Es handelt sich um eine Fortsetzung aus VW 1981, S. 552. Der Verfasser behandelt die Themen: Mehrere Schadenverursacher, Freistellungsverpflichtung fuer Bund und Laender, internationale Regelungen, die versicherungsmaessige Deckung von Kernenergieschaeden, die Versicherungsbedingungen der Kernreaktor-Versicherungsgemeinschaft, Umfang des Versicherungsschutzes, Begrenzungen des Versicherungsschutzes, Leistungspflicht des Versicherers, mitversicherte Personen und Ausschluesse vom Versicherungsschutz.
