The results of measurements should be utilized directly after becoming available in order to improve continuously the prospective concerning the contaminated zones as well as the strategy of surveillance; 3. The measurement values which in case of emergency might be get rid of may have each its advantages or drawbacks. Consequently, the crisis plans should care to utilize them at the most wide possible variety; 4. The most efficient strategy will undoubtedly consist in resorting at different measures adapted to the intervening phase; 5.
