Automatic translation: in recent decades, there has been significant progress in the development of genetic technologies and their use in clinical practice. Identification of genetic markers of various diseases has become an important stage in the prevention, diagnosis and selection of appropriate therapy for both somatic and oncological diseases. Genetic research has become an integral part in the field of transplantation and oncology, the diagnosis of hereditary and multifactorial diseases, in pharmacology and many other areas of medicine. Cytogenetic, molecular cytogenetic and molecular genetic research methods allow assessing the patient's characteristics at different levels of organization of the genetic material - both at the chromosome level and at the gene level.

последние десятилетия происходит значительный прогресс в развитии генетических технологий и их использовании в клинической практике. Выявление генетических маркеров различных заболеваний стало важным этапом в профилактике, диагностике и выборе соответствующей терапии как при соматических, так и онкологических заболеваниях. Генетические исследования стали неотделимой частью в области трансплантологии и онкологии, диагностике наследственных и мультифакториальных заболеваний, в фармакологии и многих других направлениях медицины. Цитогенетические, молекулярноцитогенетические и молекулярно-генетические методы исследования позволяют оценить особенности пациента на разных уровнях организации генетического материала - как на уровне хромосом, так и на генном уровне.Additional details
