One case of mixed type of cystic lymphangioma and hemangioma of the spleen
Description
In this case, US, CT, and spleen scintigraphy findings suggested splenic polycysts, especially, coexistence of lymphangioma and hemangioma. Angiography was not done. After splenectomy, pathological examination showed a mixed type of lymphangioma and hemangioma. These examination methods were very useful in this case. (Ueda, J.)
