Peculiarities of complex-formation of some biologically active compounds with polynucleotides irradiated by millimeter electromagnetic waves with low intensity
Description
In present work the binding of biologically active compounds mitoxantrone and ethidium bromide with poly[d(I-C)].poly[d(I-C)] and poly[d(G-C)].poly[d(G-C)] irradiated by millimeter waves with water resonant frequencies as well as the changes of thermodynamic parameters of system after complex-formation have been investigated. It is obvious from obtained results that at irradiation by 64.5 GHz frequency these compounds bind to DNA 'firmly' by which their anti-tumorous activity is conditioned
