T-x-y Diagrams for the CdS + ZnTe = ZnS + CdTe, CdS-CdIn2S4-CdTe, and ZnS-In2Te3-ZnTe systems

Description
Isothermal sections of the phase diagrams of the reciprocal system CdS + ZnTe = ZnS + CdTe and partial systems ZnS-In2Te3-ZnTe and CdS-CdIn2S4-CdTe and the liquidus surface of the CdS-CdIn2Te4-CdTe system have been constructed. It has been found that terminal solid solutions, solid solutions based on compounds CdIn2S4 and ZnIn2Te4, and liquid phases participate in the phase equilibria. It has been shown that the system Zn3Te3 + In2S3 = Zn3S3 + In2Te3 is an irreversible reciprocal system since the reaction is completely shifted to the right. No stable diagonals exist in the reciprocal system Cd3Te3 + In2S3 = Cd3S3 + n2Te3. Based on thermodynamic analysis, the direction of the reactions has been predicted for reciprocal systems M3Te3 + D2S3 = M3S3 + D2Te3, where M = Zn, Cd, Hg; D = Al, Ga, In
Abstract (Russian)
Построены изотермические сечения диаграмм состояния взаимной системы CdS + ZnTe = ZnS + CdTe, частных систем ZnS-In2Te3-ZnTe, CdS-CdIn2S4-CdTe, поверхность ликвидуса системы CdS-CdIn2Te4-CdTe. Установлено, что в фазовых равновесиях участвуют твердые растворы на основе компонентов этих систем, а также на основе CdIn2S4, ZnIn2Te4 и жидкие фазы. Показано, что система Zn3Те3 + In2S3 = Zn3S3 + In2Те3 относится к типу необратимо-взаимных (реакция полностью смещена вправо). Во взаимной системе Cd3Te3 + In2S3 Cd3S3 + In3Te3 стабильные диагонали отсутствуют. На основании термодинамического анализа сделан прогноз о направлении реакций во взаимных системах М3Te3 + D2S3 = М3S3 + D2Te3, где М = Zn, Cd, Hg, D = Al, Ga, InAdditional details
