Determination of the pion and nucleon form factors from the analysis of the π-p → e+e-n reaction at 275 MeV
Description
The isovector nucleon form factor Fsu (1)sup(v) and the pion form actor are determined at nine values of a four-momentum transfer in the range between 1.5F-2 and 3.0F-2 from the analysis of the angle distributions for π-p → e--+e-n events. The values of relevant electromagnetic radii are obtained. The phenomenological analysis has been performed allowing to determine the contributions to the inverse pion electroproduction cross section from the different polarization states of the virtual photon. The estimation of the γ-quantum scattering angle providing the cross section to be Born one has been made
