The Proceedings contain the papers presented at the 27th Rencontre de Moriond (1992). They covered theoretical and experimental topics in the field of electroweak interactions and unified theories. The recent experimental status of the standard model is reviewed, rare decays of kaons, baryon number violation, Higgs physics, quark mixing and CP violation, physics of heavy flavors, charm physics, decays of B mesons and tau leptons are overviewed as well as new trends in theoretical physics such as unified theories and string models.
