A task on the electromagnetic field diffusion through a conductor layer has been considered. ''Slow'' and ''fast'' diffusion times through an envelope material of which possesses the end conductivity have been calculated. ''Slow'' time is proportional to a conductor thickness, ''fast''-square thickness
