Design of ID Dark Room Movie Marker with visible light method

Description

The manual method of radiographic film identification has several shortcomings, including lead that is often lost during use, easily damaged and not durable for repeated use, and the neatness of identification depends on the technician's accuracy in setting the lead distance. Therefore, this research aims to design and make a Dark Room Film Marker ID tool with visible light method that is able to make an identification system using visible light from incandescent lamps. The methodology applied is engineering design rules and functionality evaluation using voltage comparison testing with lux and identification density. The results of this research have made the design of ID Dark Room Film Marker with the function to make identification on radiographic films using visible light from incandescent lamps. Based on the test results the resulting time to print identification using ID Dark Room Film Marker with a density of 2.5 is 3 seconds. (author)
