Hall effect and magnetization curve in films of heterogeneous ferromagnetic alloys
Creators
Description
Magnetization curve of orthogonally magnetized films of amorphous ferromagnetic alloys is theoretically investigated. It is experimentally shown that the feature of magnetization curve of these materials are manifested on the curve of their Hall resistance dependence on the magnetic field H. The value and character of ΡH(H) curve modification are defined by such magnetic and structural characteristics of a heterogeneous material as the correlation radius and the value of the local anisotropy, measured by independent magnetostructural methods. This allows one to perform a qualitative comparison theory and experiment
