Description
Spectroscopic imaging is a potential technique for studying properties of nanostructures without the use of nano-manipulator, which is a time consuming process involving expensive techniques. Optical microscope based conventional techniques, however is limited by sub-diffraction limit where maximum dimension of nanostructure to be studied is approximately half of the excitation wavelength
