Analysis of leukemia morbidity in Bavaria for the period 1976-1981. Pt. 1 and 2
Description
This analysis of leukemia morbidity in Bavaria for the period 1976-1981 has been made by the Institut fuer Strahlenhygiene (radiation hygiene) of the Federal Health Office, on behalf of the Bavarian Ministry of Land Development and Environmental Affairs (BayStMLU) in the years 1981-1984. The data for this survey have been obtained from hospitals in Bavaria and in other Lands of the Federal Republic of Germany, covering a total of 2665 patient data. Other data used refer to the various regional districts in Bavaria (political and regional development structure). The report is arranged in two parts, the first concentrating on the medical aspects of the survey, the second on the epidemiological aspects. One chapter in part 2 particularly investigates the morbidity rate in the vicinity of nuclear installations. (orig./MG)

In der Zeit von 1981 bis 1984 wurde im Institut fuer Strahlenhygiene des Bundesgesundheitsamtes im Auftrag der BayStMLU eine Analyse der Leukaemiemorbiditaet in Bayern fuer die Jahre 1976-1981 durchgefuehrt. Die notwendigen Daten wurden ueber entsprechende Krankenhaeuser innerhalb und ausserhalb Bayerns erhoben. Den Ergebnissen dieser Arbeit liegen 2665 Patientendaten zugrunde neben Daten zu den verschiedenen Gebietseinheiten Bayerns (politisch und raumstrukturell). Das Ergebnis dieser Arbeit liegt als zweiteiliger Bericht vor. Im ersten Teil liegt Augenmerk mehr auf der medizinischen, im zweiten Teil mehr auf der epidemiologischen Betrachtungsweise der erhobenen Daten. Zu erwaehnen ist, dass ein Kapitel in Teil 2 sich speziell mit der Leukaemiemorbiditaet in der Umgebung kerntechnischer Anlagen befasst. (orig./MG)Additional details
