Recent thin foil target experiments on Reiden III
Description
The dynamic behaviors of a blow-off plasma of a thin layered target were observed optically by shadowgraphy and interferometry. The results were explained by using ablative and explosive models. Experimental evidence of highly efficient beam coupling which induces hydrodynamic drive of plasma is presented. (author)
