Theoretical research on parameters characteristics of steam loop for LMFBRs
Description
That involved in this paper originates from the study and design work for LMFBRs in China that began in 1987. Considering the peculiarity of fast reactor power station as well as the differences from coal power station, quantitative analysis and optimization studies are carried out towards some of the important components parameters related to the steam loop of a typical fast reactor station in order to reduce operating cost and hence to improve economy, with the object of study of a representative 600 MWe CDFR (Commercial Demonstration Fast Reactor).
