Gamma radiololysis of sugars in solid or liquid phase: spin-trapping study by ESR/HPLC analysis
Description
The radicals induced in sugars irradiated in polycrystalline state or in aqueous solution are compared using the spin trapping method. The efficiency of ESR/HPLC analysis is shown using examples
