Elemental analysis of airborne dust by energy dispersive fluorescent x-ray spectrometry, (2)
Description
In this article is described a method of correction for the matrix absorption effect and are illustrated some analytical results which were obtained for 109Cd excitation making use of this correction method. The limits of detection of various elements by the present analytical system are also shown. (auth.)
