On effect of the second coordination sphere on formation of X-ray emission spectra in compounds
Description
Investigation results of X-ray Kββ5- and Lα-emission vanadium bands in alkali metal metavanadates MVO3 where M=Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs are presented. Energy shifts of investigated spectra intensity maxima have been revealed. The shifts are related to the Change of ionic potential of M atoms which are located in the second coordination sphere of vanadium atom
