Modeling of backscattered signals from an artificially perturbed region in the upper ionosphere
Description
On the basis of the solution to the problem of reflection of monochromatic waves from weak periodic perturbations of the permittivity of a medium and its generalization for short wavelength radio pulses (represented in the form of a Fourier integral in terms of monochromatic waves), a qualitative explanation is given for the complex structure of signals backscattered from an artificially perturbed region of the ionosphere
