Description
Dependence of electrophysical features of (In2Te3)x(Hg3Te3)1-x solid solutions on mercury vapour pressure under thermal treatment is studied. Prevailing proper point defects determining solid solution features are detected using calculation of constants of equilibrium and variation of Gibbs energy based on application of mass action law to quasichemical reactions of vapour-crystal interaction
