Effect of a polarization type on nonlinear light absorption in cadmium diphosphide

Description
Spectra of nonlinear absorption in cadmium diphosphide crystals have been studied by the method of two light sources at linear and circular polarization of their radiation Linear-circular dichroism has been detected and contributions of eigen two-photon absorption and two-stage transitions into nonlinear absorption have been revealed. Values of the given effective mass, matrix pulse element and depth of levels have been evaluated
