Nuclear pressure vessel of steel elements welded to each other
Description
Steel plates made of ASME A 533B, ASME-543 or A508 class 2 materials are joined by special welds whose NDTT (nil-ductility transition temperatures), as a result of irradiation, are lower than those of the steel plates. For this purpose, the welding wire is made of an alloy of C, Mn, P, S, Si, Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu, V and a balance of Fe, the percentage composition of which constituents is a function of the material of the steel plates. Die Stahlplatten aus ASME A 533B, ASME-543 oder A508, Klasse-2-Material werden mit speziellen Schweissnaehten verbunden, deren NDTT (nil-ductility transition temperature) infolge Bestrahlung geringer ist als die der Stahlplatten. Der Schweissdraht besteht hierzu aus einer Legierung aus C, Mn, P, S, Si, Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu, V und einem Rest Fe, deren anteilmaessige Zusammensetzung vom Material der Stahlplatten abhaengt. (DG)Files
