Electrical resitivity of CeNi2Ge2 at low temperatures
- 1. Dept. de Recherche Foundamentale sur la Matiere Condensee, SPSMS, CEA-CENG, Grenoble (France)
- 2. Dept. of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Toyama Prefectural Univ., Toyama (Japan)
Description
Electrical resistivity of CeNi2Ge2 single crystals have been investigated down to 9 mK. The resistivity does not show a simple quadratic temperature dependence at least down to 50 mK, but the exponent n of the resistivity of the form ρ ∼ Tn gradually increase toward 2. The quadratic temperature dependence of the resistivity probably appears below about 10 mK. (author)
