Description
Absorption of the energy of accelerated electrons in the organic layer of an organic coating-solid substrate system depending on the atomic number of the substrate material, organic coating thickness, and energy of incident electrons was studied theoretically and experimentally. The data obtained show a substantial effect of irradiation conditions on the absorbed dose; they can be used to predict the dose in irradiation of layered materials. (author)
