Incommensurate properties of high-Tc superconductor YBa2Cu3O6.93
Description
The resonance and incommensurate (IC) peaks in optimally doped high-Tc superconductor YBa2Cu3O6.93 are observed by means of TOF neutron scattering technique in a wide q-E space. The overall dynamical properties around (π,π) suggest that the incommensurability δ congruent with 0.1 (at E=36 meV) corresponds to the previous triple-axis measurement. The obtained δ=0.1 is smaller than that expected from stripe like charge segregation. In the high frequency region, we found the same type of resonance and IC peaks at E=53 meV
