Description
The high temperature and low cycle fatigue behaviors test with different strains at 350 degree C of φ14x2.0mm Ti-Al-Zr Titanium alloy tube was conducted by controlling the radial strain on MTS(material test system). The fatigue equation was obtained from the experimental data according to Coffin-Manson formula. The experimental data of Δεt=1.0% and Δεt=1.5% was statistically analyzed by using Weibull distribution function with double parameters. Finally, the author analyzed the fatigue fracture of every sample by SEM (Scanning Electronic Microscope) and the microstructure nearby fracture by metallographic micro scope. It gave the mechanism of high temperature and low cycle fatigue for this titanium alloy tubes
