Description
Data on the increasing of radioresistance of cells and organism after the acute, chronic and prolonged irradiation in vivo were presented. Possible mechanisms of adaptation to irradiation connected with selection, stimulation of proliferative activity, forming of protecting system (protected proteins, antioxidant enzymes), activation of DNA repair and cAMP-, and Ca2+-dependent phosphorylation systems were observed. Приведены данные о повышении радиорезистентности клеток и организма после острого, хронического и пролонгированного облучения in vivo. Рассматриваются возможные механизмы адаптации к радиации, связанные с селекцией, стимуляцией пролиферативной активности, фомированием защитных систем (белки-протекторы, ферменты антиоксидантной защиты), активацией репарации ДНК, сАМР- и Са2+-зависимых систем фосфорилирования.
